Tailored Academic & Executive Function Support for Students Who Learn Differently

The goal of pathfinder learning support is to give children the specific, tailored support they need to succeed at school and beyond. This service is focused on one on one coaching in executive function and learning strategies for students with ADHD, Autism, and Specific Learning Disorders.

Schools give as much support to students as they are able, but for some students it’s not enough for them to achieve academic success. That’s where I come in. Students who I serve will receive coaching in:

  • executive functioning skills

  • homework and assignment management

  • organization systems

  • planning and prioritization

  • study strategies

  • self-advocacy

  • emotional regulation during academic tasks

  • building independent learning habits

Meet Your Coach

My name is Tim Kordesh and I am a special education teacher with 7 years of experience teaching, and 15 years of experience working with children with special needs before that.

My passion is helping kids who are struggling in school. I struggled as a student with ADHD myself, and have developed a talent for connecting with kids who other educators are having trouble helping.
